CSPS Refund Policy

Annual Meeting Delegate registrations

There will be a charge of $50.00 for cancellations received after May 17, 2024. No refunds will be made after June 17, 2024. If you feel that an error has occurred in your payment, please contact the CSPS office by email at or 514-843-5415. Refunds payable due to error will be credited to the card number used for your original payment.

Annual Meeting Exhibitor registrations

In case of cancellation, refunds will be made according to the following schedule.

  • Payment date + 15 days: 90%
  • payment date + 15 to 45 days: 50%
  • Payment date + > 45 days: 0%

Dues/Voluntary Contribution Refund Policy
